We currently can't change the camera hotkey to anything besides middle mouse button without adding a horrible delay to it. (We have a right click option in the options menu though, feel free to try it...

We think that Snipe is one of the strongest starting spells and we don't have any plans to adjust it right now.

Balance will be a much higher focus once we release multiplayer content.
